I-95: Take I-95 south to Beaches exit. Stay left, and take Atlantic Boulevard when the road forks. Follow Atlantic Boulevard for approximately fifteen miles until it crosses the Intracoastal Waterway. Turn left at the next exit, which will be Mayport Road. Drive four miles, and turn left onto AIA North. The Lakes at Mayport will be the first gated community on the left.
